“Durante il suo lungo viaggio ha fatto nuovamente tappa nella capitale, soffermandosi su un nuovo concetto,la forma, intesa come scoperta è riscoperta delle architetture antiche – moderne e delle fontane monumentali.

E’ qui che nasce il percorso della mostra…

Questa mostra fotografica intitolata “La Forma e L’Acqua” è stata pensata per invitare il visitatore a scoprire e riscoprire i numerosi monumenti, noti e meno noti, che testimoniano il continuo e costante rapporto di Roma con il fiume Tevere e l’elemento acqua.

Questa vuole essere una mostra “esortativa”, che invogli il turista e il cittadino, all’interno di Roma, a scoprire e tutelare l’esistenza di aree molto note ma, poco vissute, di luoghi divenuti negli anni testimoni tangibili di una cultura ricca di patrimonio culturale, storico, architettonico, archeologico, paesaggistico ed ambientale, preservandone la memoria e lo sviluppo verso le nuove generazioni, retaggi futuri della nostra identità culturale”.

La mostra di Alessandro Fagiolo si terrà il giorno 7 aprile 2011 dalle ore 15:00 alle 18:00 presso l’Istituto Tecnico per il Turismo C. Colombo (Roma – Via Sant’Agata dei Goti, 19f).

L’ingresso è gratuito.

La mostra è patrocinata da Confindustria Assotravel e dall’Istituto Tecnico per il Turismo C. Colombo .

This photographic exhibition entitled “The Shape and the Water” was designed to invite the visitor to discover and rediscover the numerous monuments, known and less known, which bear witness to the continuous and constant relationship of Rome with the Tiber river and the water element.

This is intended to be an “exhortative” exhibition, which invites the tourist and the citizen, within Rome, to discover and protect the existence of well-known areas, but little lived, of places have become over the years tangible witnesses of a culture rich in cultural, historical, architectural, archaeological, landscape and environmental heritage, preserving their memory and development towards the new generations, future legacies of our cultural identity “.
